Prachi Foundation
Prachi Foundation: The New Beginning was established with a vision to bring meaningful and lasting change in the lives of vulnerable communities.
We believe that true development happens when individuals are empowered with knowledge, skills, and opportunities.
Our foundation works towards creating inclusive spaces where children can learn, women can lead, youth can build careers, and communities can thrive.
As a Section 8 Company, we operate with transparency, accountability, and a deep commitment to social good. Prachi Foundation is not just an organization. It is a movement towards hope, empowerment, and transformation.
Live, Learn and Lead β the communities we serve don't need saviours; they need opportunities.
To build a society where every individual has the opportunity to live with dignity, confidence, and independence.
To empower individuals and communities by providing access to education, skill development, and sustainable livelihood opportunities, enabling them to create a secure and dignified future.
We're not chasing scale β we're building depth. Each number below represents a real person whose life is changing right now.
We don't believe in charity that creates dependence. We build programs that give people the tools to lift themselves.
Akshar Gyaan is live in Madhya Pradesh: women who never attended school are learning to read, write, and count β taught by volunteers from the same community. No fees. No barriers.
Explore InitiativeTeaching women practical skills β tailoring, financial literacy, digital basics β so they can earn independently and make decisions for their families.
Learn MoreWorking with villages to address health awareness, sanitation, and collective decision-making β because lasting change requires the whole community, not just individuals.
Learn MoreBehind every statistic is a woman who chose to walk into a classroom, a volunteer who gave her time, and a village that dared to believe in change.
“A 45-year-old mother sat in our first class and said — I never thought I’d learn to read. Three months later, she read a letter from her son aloud to the whole village.”
“When a child sees her mother pick up a book, she understands that education is not a privilege — it is her right.”
“Bardha and Morpani are not just locations on our map. They are proof that when you invest in women, the entire community transforms.”
Prachi Foundation exists to
bridge that gap.
Because somewhere, a child is waiting for education. Because somewhere, a woman is waiting for an opportunity. Because somewhere, a family is waiting for hope. Prachi Foundation exists to bridge that gap.
Read Our StoryWe didn't start with a grand plan or a big budget. We started with a conviction: women in Bardha and Morpani deserve a second chance at literacy. That conviction became Akshar Gyaan β volunteer-led centers in Kesla block, Narmadapuram district, Madhya Pradesh.
Prachi Foundation is registered as a Section 8 not-for-profit. A small team with a big conviction: literacy changes everything.
The first Akshar Gyaan circles take shape in Bardha and Morpani. Volunteer leaders from the community run evening sessions so women can learn after their daily work. No fancy infrastructure β just dedication and respect.
Word spreads. More women enrol. Local families offer support. The village panchayat takes notice. What started as a pilot becomes a community-owned initiative.
Skill development, livelihood programs, and deeper roots across Narmadapuram and Madhya Pradesh. The blueprint is ready β we need partners to scale it.
That's the cost of teaching materials, stationery, and supplies for one learner. No overhead, no middlemen β your money goes directly to Akshar Gyaan in Bardha, Morpani, and neighbouring communities.
